Quick question,
I had heard a story that there was a bit of a scuffle during a road show in PTC during the last contract. Someone trying to take a microphone away from someone that had the floor. Is this story true? If so, who was involved? I would LOVE for someone to try that with me!

What is an FO LCA? Heard that twice from F4F as a remedy but... how?
F4F = friend on the 4th floor. Means the guy sitting next to you has this friend on the 4th floor and he said blah blah blah.

The question will be two parts.
What are our pay rates without the PS buy back in your scenario? Is that rate except able in today's profitable environment and measured against a 6,000,0000,000.00 dividend and stock buy back program?
Are we getting a true 1:1 ratio? I would expect that at a minimum.
Personally, I would want to see more. 1:1.5 for helping to solve their PS "problem."

If the pilots give up PS will the other employee groups lose some as well?
I wonder how 80,000 employees would feel about that if they knew that the pilots MEC and ultimately pilot vote had their PS in their hands? I wonder if those 80,000 are aware of this? Talk about pressure........Or is this going to be like the pensions that only pilots give back and everybody else keeps? The benefits of voting indirectly for all come with draw backs I guess. I guess it would suck to not have a union and lose PS at the whim of some other group.
Many questions without answers. If my PS where in the hands of another group I would want answers.

Maybe its time for an icon clad "me too!" clause for PS if we reduce any, as well as iron clad "snap back" causes that restore and enhance PS if the pilots ever agree to pay reductions to "save the company" again. Also a "me too!" clause for matching pay reductions across the board if we ever take them again, to include senior management.

In my mind, the LCA's have always done a fine job straddling the line between being pilot advocates, and giving a little company perspective, so I support the guys we have in their endeavors.
Are their jobs even covered in the contract, or is it 100% company discretion?
