Exception one: A widebody category pilot may be assigned a FRMS short call on the first on-call day following an off day block if the short call is placed on his schedule no later than 1200 (pilot’s base time) on the last on-call day prior to the beginning of the off day block. The pilot will be on rest from the time the pilot was assigned short call prior to the beginning of the off day block until the start of the FRMS short call.
So.. you're on reserve MF every week, ends today. So at 11:30 today on Friday they can give you a 4am SC on Monday?

If we do not have a deal by March 31, 2016, both parties agree to jointly petition the NMB for mediation.

I wouldn't shoot down a C150, but I have intercepted a few. All kidding aside, the block hour ratio in place of EASK is a huge concession. I could get behind a 60/40 split, min size on Delta flown JV aircraft and forced compliance on the existing JV.

It won't matter Denny. In fact, you could make the case that DALPA would be the better choice if this passes because ALL our negotiating leverage will be gone with that new Scope. Acting as if you have no leverage in negotiations is what DALPA does best. We'll need to be REALLY nice to management and hope they reward us for niceness if this passes.

There are a lot of ways to slice this where it is less money than what we have. In an international category the JV language ensures you will have less flying available. The LCA bidding means the trips at any given seniority level will be less desirable than previously available at that level. Look at the Wide Report two or three pages below your current line to get a view of where you will be with 75% of OE time removed. I go from 17 hour three day trips down to 16 hour trips with the same report and release times. That alone is a 5% pay reduction. Hourly rates will adjust upward from AA UAL also.

There are lots of ways to slice this so we lose money with higher rates.
