Company is holding everyone back 90 days...unless you're fti/management then I think it's up to 6 months. The first 40 won't actually leave edv til November then December

The company does have the contractual latitude as to whether a class is held back and to the duration. It is possible that one class could be held back while another is not, however there has been no indication by the company that this will occur. It is theoretically possible that one class is held back while another is not and then the one that isn't gets off of training pay quicker, however the one that is held back is also likely at a higher pay scale at EDV for those 3 months. All that said, I must emphasize EDV needs pilots and the company has said the hold back will be in perpetuity.

FTIs can’t be held for more than 90 days. Management can be held for 9 months. Of the first 40, 1 is being held for 9 months, the other 39 are being held for 90 days.

That's why management wants to up our hiring numbers to 70/month asap. Everyone knows there will be barriers, but that doesn't change the goal.
Throw wide the gates. The flood in and out is coming.
