Thanks for the reply

I know G7 was having trouble there.
Atlanta flying will be easier.
ASA has been flying out of LGA for awhile and we are now supposedly getting paid a premium for doing it. We will either die there or Delta buys us, bankrupts us, and forces a **** contract down our throat. Sound familiar? Wayyyy too much money is being spent on opening this LGA base for us to just be shutdown in the immediate future so that makes no sense. Although logic has no place in aviation. Something definitive needs to happen soon because we aren't going to survive the summer with the stack of resignation letters getting thicker daily.

Is there any way to add a significant other to your flight benefits if no legal relationship exists?

Just need proof dating back 6 months showing financial interdependence. Aka mortgage in both names, credit card/electric statement, etc.

I'm currently going to school part time to finish my degree. Very easy to do once you get your job here.

And realistically if one is hired tomorrow, they would have about 4-5 years here to get it done. Just assuming our upgrade time settles at 2 1/2 to 3 years.

Did they happen to provide you a reference? I don't see it.

Also, has anyone been to the new hire classes to let you know if you will be able to bid for ATL or are they still only letting you pick a NY base?

They can bid for whatever they want. What they get is the question?

I get that, but they have been telling classes what they can expect. Just wondering if the instructors have been telling new hires if they might be expecting to be awarded ATL.
