So to me, our wage/bonus merging needs to also be based on 75 hours per month. If it's based on 75.1 or more hours, we are giving up pay, IMO. An upgrade in our hourly wage of anything less than $25.56 an hour is a pay decrease.

On the subject of 200s and ADS-B... is it even possible to get them all compliant at this point before the deadline? I have my doubts.
Personally, I have my doubts on the 2020 deadline sticking for ADS-B. It might be the one issue where you see airlines, NBAA and AOPA coming together to try to change something.

So we need to comply in 2.5 years? My uneducated guess is 200's will be retiring anyway
About the time next gen RJ's
Start coming???

No, I'm thinking it will be pushed further back, something like 2022 or 2025, depending on how much pushing there is. I think fuel cost will be the biggest factor in retiring the 200s. Followed simply by MX costs as the fleet ages in excess of 16-20 years.

The FAA has repeatedly said they are not pushing the ADS-B date again... it has been pushed multiple times already.. 31Dec2019 is the deadline..

About as far as it goes for our reserves to also sit reserve to cover them, Compass, GoJet, SkyWest, and best of all for the Delta rejects... the B717. If they want us to fly those flights, then give them to us to build into more lines rather than staff more reserves to cover those likely cancellations from everyone else. We are becoming a reserve only airline outside New York.

Is it already in our maintenance budget for the mods? Is RNP in our budget anywhere? Are we placing our faith in Trump to push privatizing ATC fast enough to avoid this, or will that actually accelerate this need? I could go on all night with what if's.... I'd rather sleep at this point now that the fireworks are wrapping up.

But Ed B. says EDV is the gold standard... it feels like we are the step kid that they say they beat the least, but actually beat the most.. at least the stand alone DC carriers can fight back about issues... wholly owned we just take it and say thanks.
