Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?
Unfortunately I see a YES vote as well due to a short sighted pilot group.
I credit over 95hrs per month but will vote NO on an 83hr break even because strong hiring and upgrades will continue, then after our YES vote, open time may dry up followed by Max Line Range. We will all have 75hr lines with little chance to pick up more. Sure there's plenty of ways to top 75 hrs now but why would you think it will always be that way?
DAL will be laughing all the way to the bank as we ALL take a pay cut. There's a reason they post $1 billion profit per quarter. They know how to dangle a carrot in front of foolish regionals then pull it away.

So my understanding is that 1st year pilots will still receive a bonus
Even with the new contract.
CA Pay scales will go from 12 year max to 15+.
Every pilots pay rate will increase.
FO pay scale will go up to 7yrs
More and cheaper health insurance options.
Per diem increase
401k match increase for all
If there is something else worth
Really fighting for it is min day/trip duty. If we have
Crazy long overnights that are a waste of time we should at
Least be compensated financially.
So in my conclusion I really don't see many/any taking a pay cut.

Those guys? Those guys are still part of the pilot group. Those guys are still making money for this company and Those guys should be equally represented. I am sick and tired of this company taking care of a select part of this pilot group and not the group as a whole.
It's not.
It's something the company did to keep people here and they put an expiration on it.
Go ahead force them to pay you more because you have so much leverage.

You have to remember a good chunk of the pilot group can't even vote yet. I think you'll see an overwhelming no vote to a PAY CUT. For anyone. I do 75 hours a month because I enjoy life at home. No reason I should make less. No I don't want to pick up flying. I'd vote yes if they threw in flow then I'd pick up a trip to gain the difference. But it's Delta and flow will never happen

I love the attitude that some people think they can make the company (Delta) do anything through some sort of stand strong action.
Delta doesn't play and they only have us here because it's good for their bottom line, when it's not they will go in a different direction as quickly as you can say Comair.
We get what we can now. If the market dictates we incrementally get more.
Never going to teach Delta any sort of lesson.
Ever.

I don't see this new TA being finalized by September, like originally planned. Thoughts?
Delta is already "Comairing" ASA. I think in the near future, Delta needs us. Long term, sure they can shift the flying around. The ball is in the pilots court. It'll be a tough sell if there are no other gains in other areas of the contract.

I wrote that wrong. Yes, it was originally planned for May. Then they pushed it to September, and I have my doubts a complete TA will be out before the September bonus.
