Or Shannon, Ireland...Amsterdam...Bogota...Athens, Greece? Also on there are Toledo, OH...Lubbock, TX...Corpus Christi, TX...none of which are even Delta stations.

Do nothing, and it defaults to Crew Outfitters. Not sure why anyone would waste money at M&H.

When a day turns gray on fcview, that means the trip was pulled correct?

Some guys absolutely freak out if the autopilot isn’t on for RNAV departures. I just don’t get it.
Those guys are superior aviators, the Best & Brightest.

I didn't include the difference of TO/TO vs Hdg in my explanation because it didn't affect me as a super pilot (certainly not because I oversimplified or forgot) but it might be helpful for others.

In the jerky debate, I recently found a Chipotle Cracked Pepper jerky from Real Cuts that I prefer over a plain jane teriyaki. I guess it depends on your level of jerky gourmet, I'm comparing to like Jack Links teriyaki, so maybe there's a better comparison out there.
Let’s just do ATL RNAV departures with no autopilot and no flight director all the way to FL500.

Default Duty time

Does sitting home/crashpad while on reserve count towards duty time ?
If you don't get called one day, does that count towards 30 hours of rest ?

No. All rest must be assigned in advance. To be considered resting you must be free of all duty obligations including being on call.
