I was displaced.. I have barely completed my first month in ATL... I was in JFK... But if this holds I'll be back in JFK by March. And I even had LGA ranked above JFK.

Sorry to hear, I have been there and even after all my years I'm hurt by this one at least a little (worst case, back to yet more reserve) The poop really flows downhill fast when they dick with the most senior (by far) base in the system... hopefully the rumors of a base west of the mighty Miss come true soon to help mitigate this latest nut shot. And for any new hires that get upset listening to us dozen plus year guys that may get on a tangent about what was around here.... well learn from history, don't repeat it.

Was the 200 on offer for the class that started on the 22nd? If so, which bases?

How is someone a DEC if they couldn't bid captain in class?

If you all would read the bid pack, about 5-6 months ago it stated that the company was looking into a Salt Lake City base.

Someone in that class will have to fill you in, I am not in it, just providing info on the vacancy. No one said Direct Entry Captains, they said new hires were awarded CA.

I’ve been here 13 years and I’ve seen too many to count. Most of them were the effects of two bankruptcies. But this is the second one of two because Delta decided to close the MSP 200 base.
