It's been pretty obvious that Delta wants E175s in NYC, and for Delta, only the wholly owned can handle that. That likely means Skywest will be taking the Compass flying as we take their NY flying.

More interesting to me was he said "Delta-owned RJ's", I think we'd all speculated they'd be the Delta owned ones, but this seems to confirm that. So Delta owns the Compass 175's, the Gojet 700's and some former Comair CRJ's at Skywest. Is that all of the Delta owned RJ's?
Fall is from September 20th ish to December 20th ish

36 Embraers to 9E from compass.
All go-jet 700s to Republic plus the 3 we have.
Not sure about the go-jet 900s.
I agree with this except I don't think the 700s will go to Republic they will go to the graveyard and Republic will use their order for 100 175s and make 25 of them SC models and replace them with that. Could also do the same for the GoJet 900s and get 7 normal 175s.

I have heard as well that these will go to NYC at first for obvious reasons that we already have a base there and later is when we may or may not open a west coast base.

This. Any EV flying that we didn't pick up has been moved to 175s, and I'm sure the rolling 16 hour delay on OO ORD-LGA flights is getting old.

The only thing keeping Delta from pulling CRJs entirely from NYC is the fact that we're an airline full of them.

Anyone know where it is or what the hold up is today? 1000 CT I think it was supposed to be out? Maybe I have to put down my spooker or get new glasses.

1000 CT is when the bids get taken for the snapshot. You'll see the snapshot usually between 1700 and 1800 CT.

I just want to point out that the scale model of the new LGA between the C and D concourses shows CRJs parked at the new G gates. Go take a look...

Just saying.

That seals it, then... I guess GoJet really did get that extension.

Right, and as Mesabah said the flying schedule is already marketed. CDOs probably aren't possible for the next several months.

As far as October goes, scanning through the bid pairings I don't see a large increase in long overnights. It seems they just added a few normal lines without worsening the schedules.
Sorry, I'm not taking it personally. While I didn't specify the timeframe part of rest requirements, I used to do CDO/CNS/SDTs at 9E and the pairings at least previously included more rest than was required. I didn't complain about, it but if that was still the case that very much does affect the ability to delay the flights.

And while the interpretation seems to still make it more difficult in NY, what I got from this discussion was that they have all been removed. Doesn't seem like it would have been really necessary in DTW if they were still being done there.
