Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?
If it’s who I’m thinking of. It’s an FO who commutes from IAH. Didn’t want to commute and believes that upgrade is gonna go from 9 years to 2 within the next year with all the growth? Wanted to fly the 175, Better reserve rules. Flew with him and he kept trying to persuade me to leave too. Yeah no, don’t wanna go back to right seat for god knows how long but in his case I felt it was a good decision on his part for his qol.

There's a union email. Yes, it expired. The union wanted language in a continuingLOA to protect against travel on days off and travel up to MSP without scheduled events, as well as some language to protect instructors. They didn't get it. Therefore the 30% long call goes away until they can negotiate it again.
If you've got a long term training event in April or beyond, I'd count this as a win. If you've got reserve in April and beyond, you may count this as a loss. Depends on your perspective.

Hopefully the union can step up and point this out to the company. Solving this problem will benefit both the pilots and company.

I've said it before. No software investment will solve the training problems. The company has got to address the terrible job CAE does on the sims. I'm afraid they've been training in that MSP facility so long they just can't imagine doing anything else. I'm not sure how long we've been using the PHX facility, but it is also an absolute mess .

Let’s get back on topic
Just finished my second trip in a row where the captain was the only one who couldn’t seem to grasp the concept of gratuity. Please don’t embarrass yourself and your fellow crew members by not showing gratitude to our van drivers for transporting us safety to and from our accommodations. If our flight attendants can find it in their budget, so can you. It’s literally $6 for a 4 day trip, come on. There is no justification for you being cheap. Rant over.
