Yeah this. Don't do the same mistake I made. Not worth jeopardizing a career.

That's why I said "anything else".

As in, other than the first thing.

What would Delta do with the current Endeavor pilots who received the double NO during the SSP? Flow everyone except the ones who failed the SSP?

I'm spitballing.

By 2020-2022 it's likely that even companies like delta will be grabbing 1,500hour guys like the regionals are. Is delta hr really gonna pretend a 12-20 year professional who didn't make it on the tier one list in 2015 is worse than a 24 yr old CFI?

It seems a little absurd to say they won't get a job at major if they want one 3-5 yrs from now.

If you say so. United and American HR has joked with their pilots at obap job fairs theyll need some of them to stand at malls in uniform saying "ask me how to be a pilot" in 2021ish. I know deltas hr guy thinks theyll never be in that situation, but I dont see how everyone gets the pilots.

I kinda have to agree with you on this. 170000 retirements In the next ten years at the majors. Isn't there only like 19000 regional pilots?
