It's just a movement of where the chairs are on the sinking Titanic (the regional industry). At some point, you've got to stick with the chair you are in.

I really don't understand why people would do that. You are leaving one job for the another that's the exact same. Pick a company that gets you QoL and stick with it until you can move on to something better.

Yes reserve sucks. It's straining my relationships and patience but it's a far cry better than going through 2-3 months of indoc training at another company.
