Nothing will change until these Cadets stop coming! Way too many in the pipeline.

We lost a fight allowing company to give cadets #1 choice of aircraft.

They come for the E175 SJS & 9 year flow in the backseat.

Can the Pipeline be stopped with the flood gates already opened to the youth next generation SJS (I’ll fly the E175 for free & because it’s fun & not a job mindset)?
Yeah, we should negotiate to save the company an AAG a ton of money. By canceling the flow for every pilot not currently on property. It's a huge drain on resources and training events.

No flow = Envoy is now Mesa.

Again....we are our own worst enemy. We undercut ourselves or others just to get onboard. If everyone took a little short term pain (stop applying or accepting class dates) they will get their long term GAIN. The company isn't going to IMPROVE anything until the numbers decline.

Facts.... the sad part is Mesa was still filling classes and gave pay raises with better QOL to its pilots.

Here, they are ruthless.

For those not yet on property....The company refuses to negotiate in good faith on new reserve rule language to replace our old, outdated language. They demand that we all take more concessions for any improvement, even when we have the worst rules in the industry. They even threatened the Union with an ultimatum to continue negotiating.

STOP APPLYING HERE, DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE ABUSED.
Well what did you expect was going to happen?? We gave up all our bargaining power with all the LOAs we signed the past two years. It is disappointing but not unexpected. Did anyone really think the company was going to give us something with nothing in return?

Honestly reserve isn't that bad if you live in base. I understand the commuting aspect of reserve is terrible but come on no one is getting abused (now).

We pretend they don't exist.

Kinda like all the 145 FOs' that will be commuting to reserve for years to come.

Some things never change. If you’re surprised negotiations ended the way they did, you haven’t been here long enough.

It's disappointing how the company thinks we need to take concessions for improved reserve rules when back when they were short on captains they seized the opportunity to negotiate a cost neutral agreement on a grievance that affected us. That grievance settlement should have not benefited the company in any way but the the union gave in. Just shows there is no good faith on the company's behalf.

I’m shocked...shocked I tell you. I really thought the 4th time would be a charm for these negotiations
