It's disappointing how the company thinks we need to take concessions for improved reserve rules when back when they were short on captains they seized the opportunity to negotiate a cost neutral agreement on a grievance that affected us. That grievance settlement should have not benefited the company in any way but the the union gave in. Just shows there is no good faith on the company's behalf.
It’s up to us now to negotiate for what is right going forward. Time to get creative.

I just don’t get why anyone commuting here or just starting here would not got to Frontier or Flexjet. Starting pay at Flexjet is 100,000 a year for a FO. This place is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to money, QOL, and health benefits. Basically everything that matters for you and your family or future family. God knows that if they jack with the flow after the protected pilots Envoy would crumble into a million pieces.

If a NH today with 9 yr flow gets a couple of step letters (disciplinary warning letters, for various range of things such as late departures/dings in pilot file record, sick call violations-according to CPO/Mgmts interpretation of a violation, a few MA/LR’s- due to not being covered by commuter policy, etc),.
Could company withhold NH’s today from flowing???? Hence flow not guaranteed in 9 years like many believe???
Legitimate question for all to learn from.

Are NH’s today given the same flow protection and guarantee that 824 & Protected Pilot groups have???
