It seems like what he’s really trying to do is make people second question their job at envoy and whether or not it’s a good long-term employment plan. He’s definitely not coming from a place of trying to be helpful just stirring up controversy

Only because the site was mentioned,
I’ll respond that many have not heard of totally fake news (sarcasm) of the many women and little girls that were trafficked, kidnapped, showing up on that site. Proven they knowingly exploited these kidnapped teenagers & many raped women. Real evil stuff on the internet for profits and pleasure these days, you’d think they were fake. Nope, not necessarily great fake actors.

Note the Excargodog? I did my time hauling packages in 135, and nothing but respect for the guys that do that - or 121 cargo either. But I’m done with that.
But nothing against my fellow pilots who wound up there. You do what you got to do to get to the next level, and a new type rating - especially a heavy type rating - looks much better to the HR types on the resume than “uh, I got typed in an Embraer 140 (or even a 175) a decade ago.” And those guys are flying now, not mostly sitting like the junior 121 guys.
Don’t get me wrong, you do what you have to feed your family and to move up - and some people just like cargo, boxes don’t beech and all that.
But I remain amused that you persist in your efforts to psychoanalyze and demean me, but I guess it’s all you got since you haven’t been able to rebut (and have been unwilling to attempt to even address) a single thing I’ve posted. Keep name calling. It doesn’t fool anyone.

If you thought flow was good before Covid, you still think it’s good now.
If you thought flow was BS, you more than likely think it’s still BS.
Show me someone that has changed their mind, one way or the other. Otherwise, it’s the same circular argument..

A smaller fleet and 1500+ individuals the company MUST hire before they can flow even a single person from their regionals is NOT the situation that existed preCOVID.

I always thought the flow was a really good insurance to have in your back pocket. I still believe in the flow, but sadly, I don’t believe AAG/envoy is a good company to work for nor they will stay alive without declaring bankruptcy.

Not so. What is changed is that AA has gotten rid of a lot of aircraft and has deferred a lot that were inbound. That and that AA has got a lot of guys on furlough who will likely be right back on furlough in three months.

That said, other than that, yeah, you’re going to find a lot of what you say in a forum like this.
