You couldn't be more wrong. I'm simply trying to heard cats into moving in the right direction for the industry and thus their careers, which are the same. Selling questionable information for the purposes of pitting pilots against each other and seeking to be winners (albeit temporarily) at the expense of others will never achieve that. The first step is facing the realities of your present existence and the forces in play that have ALWAYS been impediments to realizing that future is my sin. Those that have harmed you most are not one former Eagle pilot you think hates his former company or hopes to torpedo the flow there, it's YOUR OWN representatives, past, present and almost certainly future. Since that is fact, who is responsible for allowing that ?

It's time to take a sobering look in the mirror.

Sadly, the louder I speak, the more resistance I get, so all I can do then is make some effort to hopefully prevent (by education) those not already determined to screw themselves to avoid a situation of likely becoming one of the aforementioned Ostricats.

Apparently though, misery loves company............especially if it accelerates the presently miserable to somewhere else to be replaced by the presently unmiserable.

It's a message of Caveat Emptor, that's all.

Is Envoy still experiencing a net loss of pilots each month, or has the bleeding stopped? How many pilots including total and active?

currently a net gain from 2004 to 2013.

Temporary would be my guess until this management start honoring the contract better. They'd do much better recruiting if our pilots were able to stand there and say we may not be the greatest, but they honor our contract. Currently, that can not be said with a straight face.

Can't answer a few simple questions, huh eaglefly? Probably because the answers invalidate your entire argument.

Ahhhh....the usual suspects rationalizing their own myopic positions.

The only real question you've demanded from me so far as I can tell is that you want ME to provide some "hard numbers and facts, instead of doomsday scenarios". I've told you what I've heard and my assessment of that and you're free to believe that or not. I couldn't care less either way.

Why don't you ask Mason the same question, that being what is the hard data to support that the flow (and thus upgrades) have a high degree of probability of occurring in the future, when the realistic numbers to support that have yet to materialize. A month of two of hiring (whose trend is declining already) certainly doesn't support such claims ?

Has Envoy hired the minimum 30 pilots/month consistently to support the flow schedule by Envoy management ?

I don't think so.

Considering that schedule assumes very few Envoy pilots will leave in the future, is that schedule even realistically accurate ?

I don't think so.

Considering the AA/U merger isn't complete yet and the majority of its synergies require a single pilot group and the specific scheduling system part of that equation (PBS) which have yet to be implemented, is it a "doomsday scenario" to base a temporary cessation of AA flow for 1-3 years really a "doomsday scenario" ?

Yes, it is more likely then not, but even with that, it is hardly the arrival of doomsday.

I think I've answered your questions as well as I can, but we both know that is pointless with you and the usual suspects here. You've got an agenda and the only real weapon (albeit feeble) is to attack the messenger, instead of acknowledging his message has some validity or producing your own hard facts to disprove it.

So far, all I've seen is a shower of rocks.

The question(s) from you centered around why I supposedly feel the need to cast my previous employer in a bad light (an ironic claim considering what many of Envoy's present pilots do themselves). Well, if you go back a couple of posts, THAT question is answered right there in black and white. Again, it's not the answer that works for you, but it IS the answer. If it's not the answer you want, it's then christened "B.S.", which in itself is...........well, B.S. We both know nothing I ever say will satisfy you guys, so why keep engaging me. Heck, virtually all of my posts since my statement about AA's future hiring and thus flow have virtually all been self-defense from the usual suspects who do nothing but engage in personal attack, what with mental illness claims and such, and if it weren't for you, I'd probably have not posted on this thread in days. Besides, my old airline is no more and that's one of the foundations to the problem you refuse to recognize. YOUR airline is simply becoming more of separate entity from AAG. Diluted travel benefits, you've now been moved off of Jetnet and there's more to come. The likely flow stoppage next year is nothing personal, just AA doing what other carriers did when they merged, it's just until we truly become ONE carrier, that hasn't started yet.

Face it...........you love conflict and you need someone ELSE to blame for the crappy place you've put yourselves in and I'm just a convenient target. AGAIN, IMO the reality of both AA's hiring/flow plans and Envoy's failure in recruitment will indeed allow your chickens to come home to roost. I'm sure I'll get the blame for both of those components and the result when that becomes evident.

Where do you get a net gain of pilots from 2004 to 2013? The 2008 seniority list is the oldest one I have and shows about 3200 total. Current list is around 2000.

I think he meant we went 2,004 pilots to 2,013 pilots.
