Does 50 flows a month Aug-Dec sound reasonable to you? We will be lucky to flow 240 in 2016. Your numbers are wildly optimistic for this year.
His upgrade projections are still a mess. He's simply parroting the company line. Envoy's 2016 upgrade claim of 205 is already slipping and still for 2017 through mid-2018 WAY too many F/O's would have to upgrade and they can't even live up to 2016's comparatively feeble numbers. The flow projections are Pollyanna pie-in-the-sky from people who are holding back a measly 5 pilots/month now with claims it will break them because of staffing. With an approximate average of 40% system reserve coverage, zero and part-time lines this is absurd.

Jesus, what an embarrassing disaster of a sales pitch he makes considering the sobering realities now obvious.

Just shows how out of touch our management is. Honestly, this doesn't surprise me with how many years I've been doing the "airline job". Their leadership style has always been where the peons do all the hard work and the managers take all the credit. They have the attitude of "we are lucky they throw us scraps into the corner."

What's more embarrassing is the two people running this company. Dic and Pedro. Nothing special in the education Dept. And neither were qualified to move up to the positions they did. Hell, anyone that watches the company video in recurrent has to laugh guy barely can speak English. What a joke this company. To all the new hires that choose to come here, it is the new Mesa. You come to ENVOY if you can't get hired elsewhere.

^^^^Truth. I've been at Mesa. This place is turning into that dark alley.

And I think that's what DP wants. Low cost regional network just for him and the shareholders.

Let me be really honest with all of the Envoy pilots here. Bashing the company is going to do nothing, zero, to help you out of the "situation you feel you are in." Helping your understanding of the company's reasoning and calculations by explaining it in detail is something I've tried to do here but it appears to have gone over your heads. Keep in mind that I've flown the line and understand what it means to be a line pilot so I've tried to explain it in a way that's easily understood.

You can get on board and ride Envoy right into AA or you can bash and be miserable. Better yet, why not make that lateral move to JetBlue, Spirit or Virgin. If you are that big a detractor, we don't need you here. We WILL continue to get new hires. There are many out there who would be happy to embark on their AA career at Envoy.

For those of you interested in coming to Envoy, I'll be happy to answer your questions here. Just ignore the trolls.

GTFOH! Lateral move to jetBlue, Spirit or Virgin. You seriously think any regional is on that level. You're a joke.

Many who would like to embark on their AA career? You mean the less than 10 that have showed up for the last few classes? Yeah the WO doors are getting beat down for that flow.

Your a joke, all your calculations are wrong.any LCC is better. Hell DP RUNS AA theyll fail in the years to come. You've done nothing to show a good path for ENVOY. All projections for 2016 are busted.

NEW HIRES STAY AWAY FROM ENVOY!!!!! Dic and Pedro have run this place into the ground.

Morale sucks, because of there leadership

They try sell patience because there is no future.

Upgrades are a lie, and flow has failed because of DIC.

"Bashing" Envoy isn't my goal. I'd love to promote it, but the fact is the claims made simply don't hold water. On top of that it's obvious most there feel they are being played for idiots, at least that's the message I get. You're asking people to disregard opinions based on factual information and blindly believe optimistic promises from people who have arguably established an abysmal record of trust and that simply isn't realistic.

Sure, Envoy will continue to get some pilots, but if they are hanging their hats on these promises and projections, I think it clear they will be as disappointed in the future as the current crop are in the present. You have the power to maximize Envoy's future, but a complete philosophical change regarding your pilots as assets instead of manipulatable liabilities is required.

I think you're getting to the fork in the road of either stepping up to the plate or leaving the ballpark for use by more successful teams.

All the AA WO are at that fork in the road and I don't think AA will pick the branch that leads to success for the regionals. But hey let the regionals fail. Let them pull the flying back in house because the feed goes away.
