New Envoy Information

You bid for your base/equipment on day one of Indoc. We are currently in negotiations for a MIA satellite base. This will be a great benefit to our pilots that live in the MIA area. As for Envoy returning as carrier of choice for AA. It's already happening. AA continues to reward us for our professionalism and performance. You may even see the Seven Fives (175's) in ASE as we are the only wholly owned capable of flying in there.
Our 2.5 year upgrade, 6 year flow to AA and new 175's coming online make us the undisputed choice for anyone looking at a 121 job. I've even heard some LCC guys were considering jumping back to Envoy because of the strong flow we have and relationship with AA.

excuse me elephant shi +, but if there are 120 captains and next month you go from 110 hard lines to 70 hard lines the bids dont need to be closed to know upfront there are 40 more pilots on reserve next month. you must have su ck ed in logic in college.
just an observation.

It's for before or after your trip
Anytime you misconnect and get stuck in base
Before or after blocks of reserve days
Before or after Critical Coverage Open Time
And up to 4 commuter hotels per month
The end result is unless you are doing airport standby you typically do not need a Crashpad. Even if you did have to buy a few hotels a month yourself it's still cheaper than a Crashpad.
Add $2,500 to your salary in savings and much less stress

If there were ever a regional "757" it would be the 700. The engines on those are de-rated as it is and it still out performs everything. Imagine if they let those things loose. That would be some fun flying. And useful for those low-speed events Skywest was having....

Quick question if someone would be kind enough to look up the answer for me. I was a March 2011 CRJ new hire and left Eagle about 2 years ago. Just curious how many numbers I would be away from holding captain or if I would still be on reserve. Thanks in advance.

it's still around a 8 year upgrade. I have a buddy hired around the same time you were. Holds reserve, and the occasional composite line. He did get a hard this month, but he will be working over thanksgiving.
