Also curious on new hire training , I know they send you home for a couple weeks to do self study , Just curious how the training out line looks .

There is a slight difference in the training footprint of the E175 and the ERJ/CRJ. The E175 is AQP while the other two are currently still in the traditional 121 training course (currently being converted into all AQP).

Either training footprint has you at home completing CBT's for 10 days soon after the first week.

Any speculation on how long the conversion to AQP takes to complete . I'm looking into the crj .

You will likely be used on most of your available days. The ability to pick your trips through a proffering system is very helpful if you prefer overnights. It can also be used to try to stay at home and do local trips. Once you get called out you are at the whim of crew scheduling. YMMV with how that plays out

You will experience sheer disappointment after being sent back out for an extra turn on your last day when you want nothing more than to go home and then be excited for a seven AM release or a misconnect that lets you go home since you live locally. There really isn't a normal day with everything else falling in between both extremes.

The shortest reserve times are in Chicago with EMJ running five months and CRJ running eight months. That will obviously ebb and flow but Chicago has historically been more junior for all seats compared to DFW.

Another band-aid announcement. Signing bonus increased to 15k. Referral bonus now 5k.

Read on the other site that July schedules are bad. All 4 day trips with 2 days off in between low time lines. Is this normal?

Our last class of small group trials start this week. When they are finished and if there are no unanticipated problems, the program should be turned on shortly thereafter.

Not what I saw for emj ord, however less 16 day off lines for sure. Also less 15 most are 14 some less. Not sure why a solution can't be found to increase the credit. Commutability is dismal.
