I don't get the churn of trolls on websites like this. They show up, say a lot of stupid stuff for a while, then disappear. New ones pop up, and they repeat the process. There's something wrong in the brains of these people where they feel that being a ***k ***d and spewing BS somehow OK.
Go the hell outside. It's summer time. Get off the F|||||| keyboard and talk to real humans, if you can manage being decent and not getting punched in the face. Go have a beer. Play with the kids. Sit by the pool (without reaching for your phone to read forums). Get some exercise. You're not a real troll and you won't turn to stone upon contact with the sunlight.
Time enough to be trapped indoors hunched over a keyboard during the winter.
Or not.
Thank goodness bandwidth is so cheap these days.

People saying endeavor is the best path to Delta and I completely disagree. You have to serve as a captain first before you are even given the chance to go to delta. And on top of that it's an interview which half the people are passing, not a flow. And with delta beginning to cover its own regional flying, I see them pulling routes from all the other regionals and leaving endeavor as the last regional operating for delta. Which is horrible news for anyone there. So while they may be a great paying company right now, which has been stated will only be for the next two years currently, my opinion is they are a terrible option if you want to end up at delta.
You can't keep this house of cards from collapsing, if you flow everyone out of it fairly soon. I expect the flow-thru faucet to drip very slow knowing most at Envoy are committed no matter how bad it gets. The operation will steadily contract, sure, but at the rate of outside attrition and maybe some small amount of future flowing. Apparently a junior AA F/O recently told Isom during a cockpit visit about the fleet, merger and integration and his concern about future furlough and his non-commital response included something along the lines of, "well, no airline's ever had 15,000 pilots before". Interesting statement and personally, I don't see that necessarily as a furlough warning, but I could definitely see AA stop hiring in the future for an extended time once synergies kick in.
It would be a great way to maximize staffing at the AA WO regionals as again, most still won't move laterally to the shrinking regionals of Delta and United and would leave anyway to main lines themselves or LCC's. I think it prudent to brace for the reasonable possibility of another trip down the flow-thru to the runway of broken dreams at some point in the future and Envoy tenures will be substantially longer then expected. After all, considering the new-hire well is all but dry, the alternative is a multi-billion dollar faux paux of owning a parking lot of new RJ's that do nothing but sit there looking shiny, but generating no revenue.

Open your eyes and learn how to identify a person that is not genuine. If you're so blind maybe you should get you eye cataracts removed.

Jum....a guy that calls himself envoy1, starts posting in december. Only have "6 months" in the forum and in the company. Never asked a question about anything and it was a complete cheerleader. Stop posting, then it suddenly reappears saying that he "talked to friends", never asked a question in any Endevour forum.

In reality, it's not that you're blind, it's just you think everyone else is stupid.

Rumor from another supposedly from multiple sources like instructors, scheduling and recruiting says they may displace from DFW E-175 F/O to ORD positions on CRJ or maybe even EMJ (displaced F/O's too junior to hold DFW) in the near future. Sucks for new-hires, but for some local DFW more senior F/O's, good news if that occurs. It wouldn't be a surprise, as displacements are a normal part of the airline pilot life.

I'm done. Been here 6 months and am making the move to Endeavor. Just got the offer yesterday. Spent a lot of time going over how to pay the bonus back and with the new deal being offered, it's basically a wash for me. I'm new to the industry, was a pipeline instructor. I was really excited to come to Envoy but things quickly got old. Being on reserve, commuting and starting every sequence of days with a pre assigned 4am RAP was the real downer.
Crew scheduling offers you no help and I find them at times to be very hostile. The environment here is toxic in my opinion. Nothing like my instructor gig. There, you did your job and worked directly with your supervisor and the organization treated you like you were an asset. I believed in the flow but during my time here, I was shown by numerous Captains the history of the flow and how it had been gone back on. It seems that is happening here now. Being on the bottom of a list, it's not comforting to know that something offered that directly affects your future is truly not a viable option. My crews were great, that's about the only thing here that was a bright spot.
I've got a close friend who went to Endeavor several months before I came here. I spent many hours talking with him about what is happening here and how things are going there. It came down to the treatment here in the end. Endeavor is still a regional but I feel that I have a much better opportunity there with Delta in the long run and the ongoing day to day environment seems quite a bit better.
Good luck to all. Envoy is my first 121 job and I'm glad to have had the chance here. I wish all well and hope that this place can turn around.

Absolutely no reason to stick around, I left too and couldn't be happier. So many better options out there.

Many of us have been wondering about your group of trolls doing exactly this too. You guys always show up in tag-team formation to any post you perceive that's opposite your interests and frequently daily and all day too.
