Yerppppp.
Kind of reinforces my original statement that management likes to gloss over why this place sux the most - QOL - QUALITY OF LIFE. Couldn't touch it. Instead he went to try and misdirect back to my FACTS about flow and upgrade with prophecies of what "might" happen.
Life at envoy is god awful. The company could not be happier. Abusing the heck out of pilots means you need less pilots. Yes people pay attention: you are NOTHING but meat for the grinder. When the luster of being an airline pilot is over(go speak to any airline pilot not sucking on the company boob, they will tell you it becomes as tedious a job as any other sometime around year two), you get a nice 30 hour lost weekend in wonderful locales like Lawton Oklahoma, Waco Texas, Joplin Misery......while another airline at your very terminal, flying some of your better old routes, gets weekends off, and is home 15-17 days per month while the average FO here has 12-14. It is a BIG difference and trust me - if your recruiter(aka liar in chief), skips past these kinds of things, it's what you SHOULD focus on.

While I'm there, should I pick you up some Huggies and a pacifier for your next layover while I'm there ?

I can easily bring up the posts of the past to prove my assertions of your shameless bull****ery. By all means go live your life, but if it's anything like the one you live here, Harry Potter and Dungeons & Dragons must be a part of it.
Again, what aircraft have been parked to honor the presently stunted trickle thru ?

As far as aircraft specific numbers, currently they are cycling aircraft in and out of short term storage. Aircraft A is parked for a week while Aircraft B flies. Then Aircraft B is parked and Aircraft A is flown. Week after that, Aircraft C is parked etc etc. As I understand, they are planning to put 8 - 10 EMB140s into Long Term Storage around the end of the year. The specific aircraft and their numbers, I am sure, will be decided at that time based on current block hours and staffing numbers.
I think this meme would be appropriate now:

My 'assertions' are based upon the company's publically stated intentions and observation of their actions. It is up to them to choose to follow through with those assertions or to act contrary to them. We have both seen them take both of those courses on various items.

-The upgrade is 8 years and increasing.
-Flow is negligible/ nearly non-existent and irrelevant.
-Pay is a joke with no improvements in sight.
-Culture and morale is punitive and toxic.
-QOL/contractual violations/reserve are horrible.
-Schedules are terrible and inefficient.
FOs continue to head for the door as the company does nothing to make it worth hanging around until "flow."

What non-envoy company do you work for now? ag386 usually brings 7 layer bean dip to the Envoy Haters club meetings, eaglefly always brings celery and hummus and cheep beer but then drinks all the more expensive craft brews. I would suggest you bring a lean protein but nothing with too much salt. They are all getting ready for the end of summer beach field trip next week.
