At this point...who cares? It always being like that. Get them money and they will come.

I'm pretty sure they offered the money before everybody picked the planes. Two smart guys that got around 3k more after taxes.

Well, I think it's a bit premature to associate 2 pilots who get another $3K after taxes with the conclusion "they will come". Let's face it, with attrition (that some claim will spike once the Letter T pilots are done), Envoy is going to have to get 35 "they wil comes" each and every month or Envoy continues to melt like the Wicked witch of the West.

It's the same way everyplace else. They have to extend the Retention Bonus to every NH, increase it to 20k + 15/20k for NH Bonus and this place will get more people.

They already extended the RB to the guys before June30.

Does little to nothing for tenured pilots and still needs to draw a staggering number of new-hires willing to fly not only CRJ's but E-145's.

I'm not convinced yet.

I am happy that they are back filling the bonus money to the people who started this year who didn't get the full amount ENY is giving every NH now.

Can't make everyone happy but good that the few months of NH's didn't get anymore screwed by choosing earlier class dates.
