I was really excited to come to Envoy but things quickly got old. Being on reserve, commuting and starting every sequence of days with a pre assigned 4am RAP was the real downer.

Crew scheduling offers you no help and I find them at times to be very hostile. The environment here is toxic in my opinion. Nothing like my instructor gig. There, you did your job and worked directly with your supervisor and the organization treated you like you were an asset. I believed in the flow but during my time here, I was shown by numerous Captains the history of the flow and how it had been gone back on. It seems that is happening here now. Being on the bottom of a list, it's not comforting to know that something offered that directly affects your future is truly not a viable option. My crews were great, that's about the only thing here that was a bright spot.

I've got a close friend who went to Endeavor several months before I came here. I spent many hours talking with him about what is happening here and how things are going there. It came down to the treatment here in the end. Endeavor is still a regional but I feel that I have a much better opportunity there with Delta in the long run and the ongoing day to day environment seems quite a bit better.

Good luck to all. Envoy is my first 121 job and I'm glad to have had the chance here. I wish all well and hope that this place can turn around.
Where you on the E175? If not, maybe you can talk to them into placing you on it.

It will be a game changer!

Updated 3 weeks ago too. It's easy to say it's inaccurate, but then how accurate has the info given to the pilots been ? How do you know their info isn't better considering that ? Maybe...........just maybe, you're being B.S.ed for someone else's interests and you're too Stockholm/Battered wife/Beaten dog to recognize anything other that what you've convinced yourself is reality ?

I mean, lets face it. Some of you guys sure don't seem to be grounded very well and in serious denial.
Hey Pops, you realize anybody can update, alter or/and add info to Wikipedia???

Like I can go right now and say we fly 747 and the info will reflect that. Even college professor says Wikipedia is not a reliable source.

Another troll. Good for you...

If you think AA is bad to their regionals, you don't know what's in with Delta. Look at Comair, ASA and Compass...the bonus expires in 2018, coincidently when Delta is receiving their own regional planes.

Good luck to you, if you really were a pilot here. If not, I hope you had your entertainment.

Never really thought about that for the bonus expirations and Delta taking their own RJ's. Endeavor could be in for a world of hurt!!! This is why jumping ship to the flavor of the week is very very rarely a good idea.

At that point Endevour would go back to "you're too expensive, daddy Delta is getting down your cost by not renewing the bonus".

If you think about it, that's why AAG is only giving the 10k until 2018, to see what happens to their competition. Talking to Sam P, he explained to me that Endevour MEC is trying to lock the bonus program into payraises. But apparently they aren't being able to success on it.

That's why AAG doesn't want to commit to PayRaises or Retention Bonuses.

People saying endeavor is the best path to Delta and I completely disagree. You have to serve as a captain first before you are even given the chance to go to delta. And on top of that it's an interview which half the people are passing, not a flow. And with delta beginning to cover its own regional flying, I see them pulling routes from all the other regionals and leaving endeavor as the last regional operating for delta. Which is horrible news for anyone there. So while they may be a great paying company right now, which has been stated will only be for the next two years currently, my opinion is they are a terrible option if you want to end up at delta.

And I do not understand how anyone still thinks this 175driver guy is serious. It's like some have never met an internet troll before... He gets fed on here at least weekly. He'd have died off by now.....

Then people can consider that if they so choose, sweet pea. In fact, I'm surprised some of you haven't modified it to match the perfume doused manure you're shoveling here. Why not, it might actually help !
