FACTS
Current flow still at 15 1/2 year seniority.
Current upgrade still right around 8 years.
127 flows YTD. Not the 300-350 this year, 750 over the next two years as PROJECTED by some
Sorry but flow is more than 16 years still. Guys that just started class 2 weeks ago were feb and March 2000 hires 8 or so months from now it will still be 16years of seniority to flow when the last of the 824 go over
Envoy will try like hell to flow at least 220 pilots as that is the trigger for pilots to move up a pay step if it doesn't happen

Congratulations on your mastery of selective observation and revisionist history. Not any surprise though.

Agreed. But if you notice it's always the same 2 trolls coming on here bringing up the 2.5/6 year deal. I don't think anyone at envoy really believes that. At least not anymore.
They have a lot to fix here. Will they? Who knows. But, at least they have deep pockets backing them when and if they decide to fix most of our problems.
As far as positives go, the only one I have is if you're new to the airlines and you want DFW as a base, envoy's your best bet when your other options are XJT and Mesa. Oh, and the flight benefits are honestly really good.

Not really much positive here. Stating you work for a company with "deep pockets" and "hoping" they'll pull Envoy out of its nosedive isn't much to bank your career on.
I suggest to stop kicking the tires in the LCC forums, man up and try to get yourself out of there.

You just admitted that the much ballyhooed 2.5/6 you salesmen were here peddling is now bogus. How many times does the company have to fail you before you get it?

Management likes to pretend there isn't a problem, that the "5% of pilots" that post on EagleLounge are somehow the malcontents. The truth is that there is a serious morale problem among the front line employees, and EL is simply the tip of that iceberg. It stems from the continual degradation of our QOL, and the fact that upper management still has not taken the required drastic steps to ensure our future as anything other than a 40 aircraft EMB-175 operator, and the fill-in airline for when AAG's cheaper solution fails. Honestly, I'm not convinced their plan isn't for us to continue to shrink. I think DP still holds a grudge that we dared to say no. I have not seen upper management do anything that signals they care about the problems here, understand them, or have any desire to fix them. By the time AAG realizes their feed is in serious trouble, it will be far too late to fix the problem, at Envoy and elsewhere. It's sad, because Eagle used to be the premiere regional, one you could even make a career at. That has all been destroyed by the greed of DP and his cabal. In the 10 years I've been here, I've never been more pessimistic. I have enough time invested here, they have their hooks in me with the flow. But if they start violating the PP agreement, I may have to seriously consider my options, which would be hell on my family. With staffing now critical, I wouldn't put it past them. The next few months will determine the future of this airline, and if management intends to save it, or just band-aid it to eventual failure.

It's becoming increasingly clear that it's time to punch out of this place and head for greener pastures.
-The upgrade is 8 years and increasing.
-Flow is negligible/ nearly non-existent and irrelevant.
-Pay is a joke with no improvements in sight.
-Culture and morale is punitive and toxic.
-QOL/contractual violations/reserve are horrible.
-Schedules are terrible and inefficient.
FOs continue to head for the door as the company does nothing to make it worth hanging around until "flow."

-Flow is slow due to the Letter T pilots going back to AA. Expecto to go back to the way it was after the fall slowdown.
-Pay is Ok now with the retention bonuses.
-Agreed, even thou I never had an issue with anyone here in my 6 yrs.
-Agree, even thou RSV before the BK agreement was worst in other areas.
-Agreed, AAG should give the better flying to ENY/PSA/PDT and then to the other regionals.

Also, no one cares what people are claiming how many flows are going to happen this year or next year. We only care how many actually flow and everyone I have talked to never expected 300 to flow this year. Move on with this topic.
