this is going to be interesting to see how it plays out.
4 new hires a month average?

Envoy is at over 20 new hires a month, on average, and trending upward.

You are using YTD numbers I presume. Unfortunately since the one gangbuster month of 38, it's averaging 15 and steady. Averaging in those 38 brings up your monthly average for the year. Get 30 plus per month regularly and come back and then you can bally hoo about it.

Inky likely read the latest email stating that quarterly totals have been increasing since Q4 2015. So yes, up and down month to month but still increasing.

You might not like it, but it's reality.

What's your analogy of choice for backtracking?
No backtracking necessary and who said anything about overnight ? Bid is for 55 F/O's. Are there 55 currently qualified F/O's who will bid it ? If not, will they make up the difference with new-hires by bid closing ? If not, will get sufficient new-hires as they go along to meet their needs ?

All questions. Hey, I understand you're under extreme stress considering the situation there, but no need to boil over, boiler. Stop Stockholming and see I'm not the problem.

No. I have the data, thanks. While it would be nice to get 30/month, I don't think it'll happen for sometime. My "bally hoo" was about how wrong 4 per month was.

So what are Allegiant's numbers then?

Envoy is melting like Ice cream in the sun. No way to BS out of that reality.

Allegiant gets as many as they need/want each month. Unlike Envoy.

I'll make this easy since you have trouble concentrating. Why would they need to fill all slots by the time the bid closes? How would not doing so directly lead to impending doom?

Hint: They don't need to, and it doesn't.
