Only 25-30 short considering the soon to be increased (supposedly) flow and outside attrition. Considering the increasing deficit that's been building all year, they are way short and need to be making up for past months shortfalls.

Envoy is melting.

PS
If you come from a cfi background flying G1000 you shouldn't have no problems transitioning to the Ejet. Heard of some older envoy pilots coming from the E145 struggling.
Congrats and I hope you are correct about the G1000 background. I have roughly 400 hours in the G1000 teaching instruments. My only thing is mastering the FMS on the 175 or 145. I've never touched one other than on a old Aerosim desktop simulator we had to purchase back in college for a class I enrolled in.

If that was true they wouldn't be getting e175s, and offering a sign on bonus of 15k. They are growing

Doesn't increasing a sign on bonus imply that an airline is struggling to hire pilots?

Envoy is "growing" with a shrinking pilot count ? Envoy is slated to shrink their fleet and considering their dwindling pilot count, the only wildcard is how much and how fast.

Delusion or denial, I haven't figured out where you're at yet.

Yes. Doesnt look like its had the desired effect either. Apparently there arent a boat load of people clamoring to take a $5,000 pay cut their second year.

Sorry, you are mistaken. Envoy is in contraction mode. That's the only way they can staff what's left. Pretty soon it will be time to pay up. With no bodies left to do their flying, the flow will begin to be tinkered with. It may not even make it out of the 824 before Envoy management screams "operational necessity" and starts holding back.

Also, heard today that the August schedules on the 175 are the usual Envoy garbage lines. No complete weekends off. 72 hours max. Non commutable. Lost days in podunk cities. All 4 day trips. 12-13 hour credit 4 day trips.

even if you would come, or applied, still you would have to call them up on their pilot recruiter to let them know that you already applied, they will tell you that someone will call you.. in my case former 121, its been 2 weeks and nada..

at the same time applied to RAH, and they call me the next day. guess where I am going??
.. I wanted to work for ENVOY, not to mention the BONUS.. CASH!

I still can't believe you guys are thinking of coming here. Just like a G1000 Cessna, flying a shiny airplane will get old. It will get old even faster when you realize how owned you are.
The schedules her are worse than any other airline. I'm sure company half wit will come on and tell about how great their line is, but they aren't. I've been here over 20 years and have a 14 hour 4 day trip. Get real!

Here is what another person EL said, and they hit it right on the head:

175 lines are total garbage. 100% unproductive 4 day trips. No 3 day trips, no 2 day trips, no day trips, no other options besides reserve.

11 day off lines worth 72 hours. 90% of lines have lost days where you are forced to be at work and gone from home all day for $1.85 an hour. The teenager cooking your hamburger at Burger King makes 4x more than you. Reserve is a better option. Pretty soon lines at this company will have to be junior assigned because nobody wants these 12-13hr 4 day trips. Those would be 2 day trips at any respectable company with competent people running the place.

*** is with all the lost days? Why schedule wasteful trash like this then zero out reserves and have to JM? Its no wonder nobody will come work here at this dump. We have the worst schdules of any airline in the country. BY FAR.
