Mic. Drop. There's no way you can rebut this with anything other than management BS spewd lies. But it'll be fun to watch you try, MR Dub.

I doubt there is a single pilot here who believes that our management was "caring" about their "pilot force" when they extended the flow to new hires, since it was in exchange for completely unwarranted additional pay cuts one year after an unwarranted bankruptcy forced in a supposedly 8 year contract of more unwarranted pay cuts, and of course because the extension of flow through to new hires came accompanied by repeated and explicit threats to liquidate the entire company if we didn't take those pay cuts, at the exact time when AAG made larger profits than any airline in the history of flight, rendering the demand for pay cuts literally the least warranted, ever. AAG wanted to offer flow through (free for them) instead of decent pay (which they could easily have afforded) as their main recruitment tool. That's supposed to be caring? The level of self delusion necessary to agree with your conclusion is staggering.

Envoy is receiving new E-175 aircraft monthly. You may not be aware, but when a new aircraft type is introduced and the staffing is lower than optimal, you will likely have these types of schedules.
This scheduling anomaly will be worked out by next month or the following at the latest.

The management guy CR700 continues to reinforce my sentiment: we are run by some of the most heartless bastards in the world. In order to sleep at night, they have had to remove themselves from reality.

New Envoy Information
One of the other proofs of a deaf and uncaring management is the results of them not listening to the pilots and union regarding recruiting, the pilot shortage, compensation, QOL and the flow.
They were told repeatedly what the effects of failing to make changes to attract new hires with compensation, movement, and proactive recruiting would have. The brutal treatment of the pilots on property allegedly on purpose by Glass as rumored drove existing pilots off the property in droves.
But they blame the pilot shortage on all their troubles, never mind the hiring successes of other carriers at the same time.

But this post is a waste of time because we know they're stubborn and love divide and conquer.
Oh, and they'll have to pony up the cash.

As a corollary to how far separated from reality the management at envoy/AAG (cr700) is right now, they have told the 15 pilots that were working as part-time recruiters that their services won't be required any more, i.e. they will no longer be given any paid SA leave to attend recruiting events any more. Their reasoning? The $5k referral bonus per pilot should be enough for them to do the same job "on their own time."
Staffing is reaching a critical juncture and will only get worse, and envoy is telling their recruiters to use their 11 days off per month to do the same job.
The management of AAG has no plan for the WO'ed airlines to succeed. It's still all about how cheap they can do everything. By the time they realize they have utterly destroyed these companies as viable entities, it will be far too late to save them.

Hahahaha. Today Dic has announced that, if you joined today, you would upgrade in 3 years, and flow in 5.5 years. What happened to the last prediction. What are the group of 2.5 and 5 now, 5 and 8.5. He can't stop the BS. How does he even put out these emails.
