Clearly you are a disgruntled old timer who passed on the flow for whatever reason. Possibly age, I don't know.

Do you seriously fail to realize that everyone on Envoy property, aside from the lifers, have jobs at American Airlines in their future? How is that for caring about your pilot force??

Yes, the 175 schedules need some work. But as more come online and the 175 pilot cadre grows, you will see top end type schedules, comparable to what American flies.

Heard this before. Lost count I've heard, "it will get better next month" "after summer, schedules will be better" "line values expected to be higher next month" "big announcement next Friday".

The Envoy cheer-team needs new material. Nothing to see here folks. Move along.

Agreed, including the "disgruntled with an ax to grind for reason X" rebuttal. It's always been the Alamo of responses for many of the Envoy Sales Club when they've run dry of everything else.

Sorry bubba the schedules have progressively gotten worse here for 3 plus years on all fleets. Despite the pleas of the pilots and communication and negotiation by the union our schedules are the worst I've seen in 16 years. You've got no credibility here when you spout off like you are. If there is one thing I know about our current airline and how the new AAG treats envoy it is they will do what they want when they want. Improving our schedules are not on their radar and they sure won't change in a month or two.

You were way off on your flow projections this year and you will be way off here as well. Zero credibility.

"comparable to what American flies." I've heard we shouldn't be comparing our schedules to mainline aa. Seems their average lines are dropping in value

Oh boy, another salesman back on here touting the flow and how great things are at Envoy.

It's my understanding that things at Envoy are THE WORST they have ever been since the four Eagles merged and became American Eagle.

You know things are bad when someone on here is touting victory with 10 pilots showing up for class in a month. I'm sure you'll also say that the flow is strong and will keep on regardless. What happens when the pilot numbers get to the point that they cannot support the aircraft they have with any additional loss of staffing? Answer that one for me if you can.
