On target to have 30/month and actually having 30/month consistently are two different things.
Don't forget attrition on top of the 30/month flow. That has to be covered as well.
I'm sure you are a good guy and solid employee. However it sounds as if your pro company buds there have been holding the funnel and pouring the kool aid while you guzzle it down.

We finally have a positive feedback loop going. If it stops they'll just toss boat loads of cash. As classes get bigger people rush more to get in and rsv drops and upgrade drops etc and more come.

Just curious, but do yo know why AA decided to pull the Eny 175 operation out of ORD before it started? And what was with the union in saying something along the lines of "we don't know what the future of Chicago holds."

I think everyone here is aware that I believe in the company and the overall plan that is in place. With that said, I am somewhat disappointed to see the doubling down with RAH right now.

I'm sorry but this one is above my head. I've heard some things that I cannot confirm or post but I will say they are disappointing to hear.

What exactly do you mean by doubling down with RAH? Thanks for the info.

The whole thing stunk from the start. The E175 ORD vacancy dropped out of the sky..none of us had any indication it was coming. And then silence...it was weird and I was always suspicious of something going on, I just didn't know what.
I still don't have any concrete evidence, but it would appear that Republic was needing AA to pay them more due to their increased costs and AA didn't want to..as we suspected would happen. Republic wouldnt budge, so AA doubled down and indicated to them that they would just have Envoy replace them in ORD with 20 E175s initially.
Apparently that's when Republic caved and AA withdrew the vacancy. It was a bargaining chip from the beginning.

ORD isn't shutting down if that's what your worried about. To answer your question, and cr700 already alluded to this, all things indicate the vacancy bid was AA calling Republic's bluff.
