The company fully understands when it comes to arbitration that a win for them is a loss for us which ends up being a loss for them in today's environment. Our contract, work rules, pay rates and relationship with management gets worse by the day in light of the current regional market.

Since we are having a good time with these car metaphors. To me it's a 10000 car. Offered 8000. Countered at 9500. Offered 8500. Say no 9250. Company walks away and steals the car for free and hopes the cops don't catch em.

If we win in arbitration our value is exactly what we claim it is and can demand that going forward with strong leverage and a backstop arbitration win. If we lose our product is nearly worthless and the company doesn't even have to steal it.

That's how I see it. And let's make it that the wife didn't agree on the price to spite you for not doing the dishes. There have been alot of games going on internally over who thinks what a fair price is. Then the buyer just gives up.

I guess that analogy would work if what the company offered was a $7500 deal, but to me, it was more of an unreasonable $100 offer. Like all their positions lately, heavily favored them and was full of loopholes they would exploit to our detriment.

Industry standard would still be better than what they were offering. Yeah, I like our chances.

This bears repeating. Buzz is looking at the big picture.

Depends on the plane...from 3-8 months in general.

3 in the E175 and about 8 in the Emj.

You will get used and abused. The days of bidding reserve are passed.
