Not some pilots on a web forums targets, especially some guys who got fired. The flow is at or ahead of target and hiring is within aag financial targets.

Don't forget attrition on top of the 30/month flow. That has to be covered as well.
I'm sure you are a good guy and solid employee. However it sounds as if your pro company buds there have been holding the funnel and pouring the kool aid while you guzzle it down.

If you are hired today, it's an easy ticket to AA in 6 years or less.
