Hey guys. I'm a senior DFW based FO at an Envoy competitor and contemplating Envoy for that flow. Can anyone tell me what the current upgrade/flow time is over at Envoy now? I've seen the charts talking about quick flow, but the last Envoy captain I talked to last October-15 was a 1999 hire and flowed in Jan-16. I know that that will come down in the future but if anyone has some hard numbers on the current situation that would be dandy. Thanks guys.

Hey guys, new to thread. I have a class date approaching. I recently was informed about APC. Prior to knowing about this site I did some pretty thorough research and interviewed at many regional's, talked to many pilots and Envoy felt like the best fit for me and I live in base. I understand that every place has its own risk and I am fully aware of that. Before reading this thread I felt pretty confident about my decision however now i am a bit nervous. I am practically committed for two years if I decide to move forward with the new bonus and ctp-atp commitment. I understand it is pro rated after the first year, I am also a bit worried because many of my colleges at other regional's have told me its easier to get through other airlines training as compared to envoy.

As for taining, nothing to worry, as long as you do your best, study hard and forget about anything else that is going on in your life for the duration of training. You will do just fine.

If you take training seriously and work with your classmates, you will have a good experience. The same is true for any training program.
The schoolhouse has a lot of new blood and some of the characters have moved on. My experience has been better the last 2 years or so since it has become more training and less testing

Or, unless they enjoy being worked to the bone with minimal days off, early starts, late finishes, abhorrent treatment from top management all the way down, seriously sub par wages, depending on your aircraft...almost terminal reserve, minimal credit lines, 2 days off between sequences, pay comp screwing you out of dollars monthly with a fight on your hands just to get what's owed to you, 8 year upgrades and 15 year flows.

The 8 yr upgrade is going to drop I don't understand how some people don't believe that . 2 years ago people kept saying endeavor will go under and that their upgrades were 7 yrs . Now look what happend . All this negativity is so annoying , if it sucks so bad go work in a warehouse and then complain.
