Just a quick question regarding the flow, at the moment the LOA is due to end at some point (I'm not sure of the year/date). What happens to us new hires if we haven't flowed by the time the agreement is due to finish? Assuming it doesn't get extended etc.

It's not an LOA the flow is part of the contract. It'd be up for negotiations when the time comes.

Reserve times are subject to change and very fluid right now. With all the movement right now (and hopefully continuing) I would be surprised if reserve times are that long in the future.

I wouldn't necessarily say backlogged. If you're older in your class you should make the next class after your home study. If you're on the younger end you may wait until the class after that. I'm home for 3 weeks before going back. The last 4 in my new hire class got pushed back a class since we had so many.

Are they still offering the 5K not to bid the 175? I want ORD or LGA when I start in January, and an extra 5k would be nice.
