I could be wrong but I think attrition is going to drop next year. The past two years have been terrible which is pushing the FOs and CAs to move on. If we see I provements in schedules, stagnation, QOL, and flow then I think less would be willing to move on unless DAL or UAL called.

500-300= 200/12 = 18 per month on average leaving. Seems high.

Well if that comes true, and the 50/Mo continues. There might be some accuracy the that 40mo flow possibility.

There were about 880 on the July seniority list. My guess it has shrunk a bit.

So, if they start flowing in mid 2017, they should finish by mid 2020 (figuring that they flow at 25 per month).

I'm Feb 11 and as of now I'll flow oct 19 however that appears to be trending earlier.

The last five years havee been very difficult. However those who stuck it out cut the line tremendously getting to AA. We lost 1600 pilots to attrition from bankruptcy to the recent turn around of the company.

I would not call this a turn around. Same treatment, same schedules all minimum, insurance going up in premiums and down in coverage plus a surcharge to have your spouse on your coverage, pay still sucks. Great turn around.

And I can't tell you how important that flow is to have. First off I'm completely clean on paper when I appl, my Dads at united and uncle at Delta. I got a stack of lors to the big three. Friends out the wazoo at AA. 6 job fairs. One bite ffrom united and I didn't get past the Hogan test.

Getting hired at mainline is no joke. Plus side to those who got at at eagle, they got in line early for flow. This industry overall will continue to shut the door more and more on off the street hiring.

Working here was being a pile of fecal matter in a toilet clogged beyond belief waiting around to overflow on the floor.

With Kirby out at least the plumber came and cleared the clog. We flushed. Now someone needs to come with the toilet brush and clean the bowl.

I hear ya, they already said the flight file changes don't kick in till Jan 1st. I fly here too I'm ****ed. We have to wait. This is a massive change noone can just snap their fingers.

Get out of ord that's entirely a Chicago thing the being treated horrible directly. I can flat out tell your ord by that.

Give things time but seriously the last four months vs the last four years, is a big turn around.

If it really is that bad, plus you will only be down to flowing 2011 hires in 3 years from now, why are you recommending people to go to Envoy? Is it just so you can move up yourselves, or am I missing something?
