Correct me if wrong.
1. New hire starts at a higher pay step 3 rather than pay set 1.
2. New hire gets 15k sign bonus.
3. New hire gets additional 5k if crj typed.
4. That's it for new hire.
5. All current on property f/o's go to pay grade 4 unless you are still in first year you go to pay step 3.
6. All f/o's on property as of sign of agreement get 20k paid 2.5k quateryly for 2 years.
Simple and clear as mudd.

Your benefits like vacation years stays but you start over with a new seniority number on bottom of the (currently) 15,000 long list.

Excellent news! I was damn close resigning to go to Mesa.
This deal is a sweet deal. I get to fly the E175 and get an immediate pay raise to top off. Im sorry for those senior FO's stuck in da jungle jet though.

I'm told it does, Envoy - AA your vacaction time accured to that point, grade continues. For example 6 yr Envoy flow to AA will start AA with 6yr level vacation.
IF I'VE BEEN GIVEN THE WRONG INFO BY AN AA PILOT please advise.
I know 1 Exception to all this is if you decided to get hired off the street to AA and not wait for the flow.
Same for 401K... it continues to AA level and rate/grade/year in service, seamless Xfer like a "career."

I believe it is just the "824 pilots" that keep vacation. Others will get years of service towards retirement qualification. At least that's the way I understand it without pulling out the contract
