The part time recruiters were sent back to the line. There were a bunch. Now they are hiring full time ones.

Well I just got a call to schedule an interview! I'm kind of excited with the pay.

What are my chances of getting DFW flying E175. Can you pick the aircraft or is given to you? When do you know what are you flying and where are you going?

If you read a few pages back, you will see that new hires are no longer choosing their base/equipment. 145 ORD is junior.

Meaning that 100% of new hires are going to ORD 145?

I thought that at some point you bid and depending on seniority you get base/equipment assignment. Can someone explain this to me? I really want to do DFW E175. Do I have a chance?

That is what 95% of the new hires want. I believe that there are also still FO's in ORD that want the same thing.

In a new hire class, seniority is based on age correct? What's the average age of new hires? I'm a little seasoned with (37 yr old). I hope I'm senior enough to pick E175.

When does your seniority start? After being hired or after training is complete?

We're getting a couple new hulls per month on the 175 well into 2017, so they'll almost certainly continue putting some new hires into it. Bidding in class is by age, so you should be in the top 15% or so when you bid. Reasonable shot at getting it. If you get the 145 you'll probably have to spend a few months in ORD, but with projected movement you should get back to Dallas pretty quick. PM me if you need any other info. Good luck!
