I was hired by ExpressJet. I'm a CRJ ATL FO for the same airline you work for.

Thanks "brothers"!
Do you go around and call everyone a bag of douche that simply disagrees with your point of view? It might cause you anger that others don't see things like you do, but try and be a little more civil about it. I don't work for your company btw, but nice job assuming.

Looks like SH has been removed from his position. Changes have occurred in management.

Any insight on why these people are getting "terminated"? (NO names please..)
I also heard of one being fired while on probation this year due to always calling in sick..I to have noticed an increase in firings. A lot may be due to a weak union we have. There also seems to be multiple abuse by crew scheduling due to no interaction by the union as well. Alot of people dont even call the scheduling hotline anymore feeling it no longer does any good so they just put up with the abuse.

The diff is SH is no longer in charge of the pilot group. He is no longer THE chief pilot of Cheif pilots.

Or is it just biting you in the @ss that you're answering to an ERJ guy now?
If you can't tell difference then maybe you should be in the inflight department!

No sir, I'm not like you who gets all bent out of shape about who's who and what side of the fence they are from.

If you are so all mighty, politely explain to me this new position that was created. I know SH's old role, how about this new one? As for inflight, poor statement for a knock down on your part.

No, I do not. And it actually doesn't cause me any anger at all. Sorry. That other guy is just such an idiot.

Buffalo has taught them that an atrocious training record is now a liability for the company.

When this happens the union gets involved and typically the person is offered the option to quit or they do something like give said person a permanent leave of absence.

Long story short study for your checkrides.
sorry for quoting an old post... but couldnt resist. The above statement is true, unless you are a female. a.k.a. the "white dragon" is still out and about flying. So, study for checkrides, if you are a man, otherwise have fun bombing every checkride ever for life.
