So can you please respond to my last post or are you just avoiding the "real questions!" I guess it's "I am ERJ, hear me roar!"

Threads like this make me truly glad that the forums don't reflect the majority of the pilot group. It's amazing how petty this has gotten, and how quickly it has gotten there. Let's all try to be one big happy family and come away with a solid contract for all, eh?

Believe it or not I am right there on the same page as you. I just cant sit here and listen to this psycho babble druel that the legacy XJET guys discuss as a real option!

No one is denying that, but the difference between some of us and the rest of you generation entitlement is that I don't expect other pilot groups to pay for my misfortunes. If the roles were reversed I would not expect the crj guys to pay for it if they can help it.
So the reality still stands, we'll know the results of the Delta TA, and vote accordingly, but if you think I'm going to turn my back on my brothers to save another pilot group, you're delusional!

When I was hired, I just so happened to be placed in an ATL CRJ FO position. You're whole premise of "protecting XJET jobs" is flawed. Please just remember that next time you want to throw around your "legacy XJET ways!"
No it's not, is actually a sound argument. There are two separate lists, you were placed on one, and now that group is stagnant, the same could have happened here, but it didn't. The ass holes pretending to run this company in ATL are partial to the former asa pilots, thus there's more than "new business" behind trying to accomplish a contract and a SLI. Trust me they already know how much they can and can't give us! Cost structure will not be an obstacle for obtaining new business.
Let's talk about what this is really about. Now that we know how Delta is leaning, if the TA passes at DL, well, now there needs to be some outline protections and massive QOL improvements if they want this thing done quickly. If not, well, nothing personal I really I'm sorry that Comair got ****ed by Delta; but we will drag our feet on this one. At least until attrition can mitigate any potential harm to the ERJ side. Until we're operating on a single list under the same contract, we are not on the same list period. Accept it, cause we can and will drag this thing out if needs be. Our bidding system and overall contract is good enough to keep operating under a few more years.
