Industry standard doesn't work. We can't fill classes as it is, what happens when the contract gets worse? What good is growth when we can't staff the planes? Is there an MBA shortage? Why raise executive compensation at the expense of labor, when you already have difficulty attracting labor?

I've heard this rumor. Its impossible to bankrupt a subsidiary. Only Skywest Inc can declare bankruptcy.
