TA is complete. Heading to MEC vote:

This has been a very busy week for the JNC in Atlanta. On Monday, we prepared for discussions with management. On Tuesday, the JNC met with management’s negotiators to complete language on a few remaining documents that were still outstanding. That conversation carried over into Wednesday evening, when after almost 3 1/2 years, over 200 negotiating sessions, over 830 proposals passed, and with the assistance of a private Mediator along with the help of the Chairperson of the National Mediation Board, the JNC and the Company completed all the language for a new JCBA.

The JNC will meet with the MECs beginning on Monday, November 18, for three days to present, review and answer questions about the tentative agreement. After the presentation, the MECs will deliberate whether to send the TA out to the pilots for ratification. If ratification is authorized, contract materials will be distributed and pilot road shows, all-pilot calls, and crew room visits will be scheduled.

This has been a very, very long and difficult road that “we all” have traveled together. The JNC appreciates the patience and support of all the ExpressJet pilots.

Possibly a hint at dual qual on new TA?

There are so many leaks out there now, none of them good, I think it would serve the MECs better to just go ahead and release a bullet point list than to keep letting everyone speculate.

Semi-proud of everyone on here not speculating since the email was released, and for once actually waiting to see what it says in HOPEFULLY a few more days
