Beyond the 310, you might want to double check your search.

We're getting MIGs!

We (ASA) are not being asked for concessions!

The majors are going to need the Mesa/PSA pilots to fly their shiny RJ's. I can see less of them getting hired at majors as a result.

Fact: ASA FOs make 60% of Captain pay, which is industry leading. Our average FO makes $40K/year. Compare that to what police officers, teachers, and other transportation workers make.

Well you hear wrong. Our polling numbers say most agree with him. Try again.

I'm proud of our representatives on the XJT side. The overwhelming majority of our pilots say no paycuts no matter what and they are listening unlike our old leadership
I voted no on the TA.

The 83% wouldn't have occurred it people like me and CM hadn't come out so strongly against it on the ASA side.

Neither the XJT nor ASA side are being asked for "pay cuts".

Get the facts before you spout off and look like a moron.

Actually they are. Might need to check your facts.

NONE of those people require at least $40k+ in training to get their jobs. Also aside from teachers, most do not have a college degree. While it may be "industry leading" it's still a poo sandwich. Any contract that does not include a pay raise to compensate for inflation is a concession in my opinion.

So I assume you are talking averages for salary since you mentioned 40k/year for our FOs. That is below police and teacher averages per year. The BLS reported in 2012 the median annual salary for patrol officers was $55,270. Average teacher salary as of September 2014 is $52,552. National Education Association reports an average national starting teacher salary of $36,141 in 2012/13. The average starting police pay is anywhere from $26,000-$49,000. I am not sure what you mean by other transportation workers but I'll just assume they make more too. I am not sure whether you were saying our FOs make more or less but I just wanted to add some numbers.

Pay cuts? As in reduction of your pay rate? Wrong. Might need to check YOUR facts.
