You're absolutely right about growth opportunities for LCCs.
But maybe you missed the initial FCoolaid's point (which is usual on these internet conversations): no reason to be laughing about the current situation. And less so to be mocking other long haul airlines' concerns as this is definitely a cross-border issue. It might bite us, too.
But you're right overall. And I do agree that this is all being exagerated.

Edit: Interestingly when I reloaded the article it’s slightly different. Says “Lufthansa (LHAG.DE) said on Friday that its family of airlines would slash capacity by 50% in the coming weeks due to the coronavirus epidemic, making deeper cuts than earlier announced that will affect “all traffic areas”.”
I have two browsers open, same site, and the story appears slightly different in each. Weird.

I’m in the April 1st class and was told we would get an email with a list of everyone in our class so we could possibly plan accordingly for accommodations and transportation. We’re three weeks out now and I haven’t gotten anything from training or otherwise, anyone else get anything?
On another note, anyone hear if this virus media hysteria is going to affect F9’s plans for hiring? Thanks

Is there an additional area I need to apply separate from AirlineApps? I used the link via APC and went direct to the Frontier Careers site. There is the ultipro something website, but when I sign in and search for Pilot or First Officer, there is no position to apply to. Thanks for the help.
