R-ATP Hiring?

Hey guys I heard that frontier does hire R-atp in some cases. I just applied through an online application and sent an email to the recruiter email, do I still need to go to the MTC event as an R-ATP applicant?

Also, does Frontier have training pays?

I got an interview with 1100 TT….so I don’t think you’ll have a problem getting a call.

yes we do hire restricted ATPs. I would highly recommend going to a MTC event. It gets you face time with recruiters which is very valuable.

I don’t get why people are going to Frontier when they don’t have non-rev benefits. You have to Zed anywhere. All those people with unlimited flights jump you in order to get a seat in the back. What’s the big appeal to go to frontier now? Pay is worse than the regionals
