114192 / (210.17 * 1.25) = 435
435 / 12 = 36
82 + 36 = 118
How can you do this on reserve, every month? You're crediting 118+ hours a month on reserve, every month?
Does every 6 year reserve captain have this opportunity? Thanks.

Reserve captains are easily breaking 90. Also add in our payouts and it can make sense.

I had a couple 100 hour credit months when we first signed contract. But now I’m flying almost every reserve day so I’m too tarred to pick up anymore. Jr CA here.

I’m sorry you’re right when I meant he works harder I meant he commutes and gets less days off than me. I’m sure his work is easier because he’s not doing domestic flying. Anyway there’s pros and cons to both companies but advice to someone younger that wonders why we haven’t left it’s because we have it pretty good now.
