To answer the question of this thread, a very, very long time.

We almost agreed to one tiny thing in the latest negotiating session that we waited months for, and now we don't get another session until March. Geezus.

No kidding. And here I thought my lack of picking up the 30 premium a day that everybody else is picking up would move the needle. This process is a joke.

Again: why the hell would anybody want to stay here and wait on what will be a lackluster CBA in the end? Get your apps out, or better yet don’t so I can get out before you.

It is insane we have to wait 3 months after missing other months this year already. How is this even allowed... oh yeah, and we cancelled the picket because new guy is supposedly better.

Cancelling the picket after years of stalled negotiations just because BB is gone and no mediation untill March? I can only imagine how hard JD and friends were laughing once these union clowns left the room.

This what we get with a non-union friendly administration.

now alpa is getting us to petition to reps to increase the mediation board budget… won’t happen under this president.

only way out is a merger triggered new jcba.
