That isn’t how the M&Gs work. But yes I’ll almost surely be out of here within a few months. You’ll inevitably regret not moving on when you could’ve.

In all friendliness, from someone that was on the hiring team for Fedex for 11 years. It's clear you are ready for a change however you might want to reconsider your posts on here and if they put you in the best light. You've put alot of info in your posts that would make it incredibly easy to pick out your resume from a pile and not in a way that going to advance your career any time soon.

The only thing weaker than how management treats us is how fast our union folds the second management asks.

Our union’s got balls of steel, just look at the 50K new-hire bonuses, training hotels, three New hire pay raises, cadet programs, the San Juan LOA, and four new bases in three months with hundreds displaced. Oh, and don’t forget management's disciplinary crackdowns for calling in sick… I'm sure I’m forgetting something.

Seems only SWAPA is a union in the industry with any balls from what I have seen the last 4 or so years.
At this point, we need a contract with a length of 2 years, and snap up/MRA every year on Jan 1 after expiration or we will once again be 4-5 years behind everyone and getting paid 2022 rates in 2027.

Where do you think the people who work for your union come from? Do we have SWA pilots in our union? UA? Skywest? EVERYONE in our union is a F9 pilot. Every single person. The union leadership is ONLY AS STRONG as the membership. YOU elected the MEC and LEC. You could've run for a position. If you did (and lost) it's because the rest of the members didn't want what you were selling.
The reason why all of us are paid less is because enough of us didn't vote no last negotiation. We all KNOWLINGLY voted for contract rates that were less than EVERYONE else and it's how we ended up w/ PBS. Don't blame the union or the NC for that. It was you and me and all of us. And, from this most recent proposal, the rates we're asking for are already less than industry standard.
We have an EXTREMELY weak pilot group - why would anyone expect a strong union given how easily we cave? We are easily swayed by threatening talk of not being able to strike or voting no will only delay the process more and not produce anything substantially more, etc. Eveyrone talks tough but when they vote, somehow there's always enough to accept the 1st (clearly less than) proposal from the company.
So, your (not necessarily YOURS but everyone's) whining is useless. Instead, try motivation. Try frank/honest discussion in the cockpit. Try persuading the younger to be more resilient.
