Frontier Hiring.

We have a training contract because unfortunately we are still plagued by that nuisance known as 'management'.

Training Contract because newbies are leaving and getting hired on with a much suitable legacy/airline. Like I said, milk them and move on.
There are so many in the current list that were/are found undesirable by the legacies, no PIC because they came from the likes of Great Mistakes and Lynx, and some have spotty record.
They are your great defenders in this board because they are just plain stuck/lifers.

Throughout this thread several times it has been mentioned of training contracts, whether first heard during the interview or in class. Yet no one has said anything of actually signing one. I would think the contract would have to be signed for it to exist. Has anyone signed one?

Anyone from later classes experience multiple classmates quitting?
Please don't get me wrong, I fault no man/woman for doing what is in their best interest. And I don't disagree with the premise of the quote above. I'd just like to know how bad the bleeding is because it seems like a training contract is going to have a very real set of negative consequences in its own right.

I'd like to see some numbers to validate this. I was hired in March '14 and I've calculated only an average of 2.4 pilots per month attrition from the list above me, and this includes retirements and non-newbies leaving for legacies. Everyone, save one, from my class of 20 is still here, and the one who left, took a recall.

Don't let Ichigo get under your skin.
Just check his history. He's a Republic guy who has not had one positive thing to say on these forums. He at one time wanted to work for UPS or FEDEX and definitely has an axe to grind with Frontier. Which leads me to believe he did once want to work there. Appearantly the interview process works since he was weeded out. Although it was probably for glaringly obvious grammatical errors on his resume.
