The perfect candidate.

"Good" is a relative term. Could things be worse? Of course. Will things get better? Hopefully soon. So what is your definition of good?

Have you looked at the pay? Moral is the lowest I've ever seen it. And that's really saying something considering what we've been through. Hotels have gone downhill, schedules have gone downhill, pay is pathetically low thanks to LOA's that were way too long.

So no, things are not good at Frontier. The only saving grace is the pilot group. Best group of people you'll ever find.

I am definitely going to try again on Monday. I give her the benefit of doubt as it's Friday, probably is overwhelmed with recruiting calls, maybe had a family emergency, etc. It's tough getting things done out here in Afghanistan, especially when my schedule is 180 out.

I think anything is possible and I'm certainly not going to be mean. It's just frustrating getting things done while out here. I am interested in Frontier, have been for a while...applied over a year ago. I'm a bit lucky in that I have other income, Navy retirement, wife works, making six figures (gross) off that. I can deal with a lower pay, starting off at least. I think it's difficult to be perfect, any company. My current company pays well but it has some major issues now.

Yes, the pay sucks...big time. But a new contract will hopefully fix that.

Frontier is in a great position right now. We are the 5th most profitable airline in the country and growing quickly. There is a real opportunity here. 2 year upgrade here and 20 year upgrade at Southwest. Add a new contract to that, and I'd say frontier will be a good airline to work for.

For anyone Hired 3/1/16 on, rates may vary slightly for anyone already on property, but it's negligible so I didn't bother...YES we need raises, but not as a TRADE for any WORK Rules...

CA. FO
1. $118.78 $37.59
2. $119.82 $67.85
3. $125.23 $77.48
4. $132.28 $81.83
5. $141.38 $87.46
6. $144.55 $89.40
7. $147.32 $91.13
8. $150.71 $93.23
9. $153.41 $94.89
10. $156.11 $96.57
11. $158.87 $98.28
12. $161.68 $100.01
13. $164.19 $100.01
14. $166.68 $100.01

Oh I almost forgot...2 year upgrades will quickly start lengthening again for anyone not hired in say the next 6 months, unless another Aircraft Order is announced. Frontier's 1 trick hiring pony will evaporate after this year, coinciding nicely with the big 3 increasing hiring! Hopefully this will give us some negotiating leverage!

2 year upgrades are already over.

People getting hired today are looking at closer to 4 years.

I base this statement on the fact that a newhire today will be number ~1000 on the list. The most Jr upgrade just recently awarded was ~64% down the list (many continue to bypass.)

In order for a newhire today (#1000) to achieve the ~64% mark we need to have ~1600 pilots on property.

If 1000 pilots staff ~56 planes then 1600 pilots staff ~90 airplanes.

What's our growth plan guys? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see how we have 90 airplanes 2 years from today.

Also as upgrades go deeper, bypassers will get off the fence because they won't be commuting to reserve, etc. Possibly bringing that ~64% number closer to ~60%

And, attrition among those above the most most junior upgrade is scant.
