Frontier Hiring.

Not trying to pick a fight, but we are what? 3 months into negotiations and have received 6 newsletters from the NC. ... I don't recall much more than 6 communications during your entire times in office. Now that might be a slight exaggeration, but not by much. I will admit that not much has happened yet under the 13 whole days we have officially been ALPA, maybe I need to raise my expectations a bit, that being said, I feel a whole hell of a lot better than I did being represented by FAPA. The company is over reaching more and more. While I like JG, working for FAPA was his third job and I think we will do better with a team of lawyers that is bigger than 1.
JG is part of a firm, and while he did the lion's share of work, there were others who worked on FAPA issues too. If you look at the number of lawyers per represented pilot I think we had a much higher ratio under FAPA - if that's your metric.
And when you start a sentence with "Not trying to pick a fight, but..." I think it's safe to disregard everything before the word "but".
I'm behind ALPA 100% as they're our representation, and unity is our only real card BUT I think that remaining independent, if only we had more people willing to do the work - we don't, would have been a better option. Just my $.02
