2-I was told by an F9 recruiter 2-3 years ago after 2 consecutive furloughs that "I had too many jobs". It seems they are concerned with people leaving and turning folks down who have "Delta" written all over them. I have no interest in the sort, but for personal reasons am trying to get on at F9. Will having these jobs still on my resume still dissuade F9 from interviewing me?

Thank you in advance.
Hi SilverFleet,

Go to a job fair if you want to get hired at Frontier. Just think of it as the first step in their interview process. I'd say they hire at least 90% from job fairs and/or silver bullets (internal recs). If you don't have either one of those why put yourself in a 10% pool.

And I wouldn't put too much stock in what one recruiter told you. Press on.

Just my two cents. Good luck.

Here is an interesting comparison of pilot pay proposals at SWA vs. others. Does our ALPA team have someone like this working on our behalf here at Frontier?

FAPA emailed a 36 page contract comparison that they put together last year.
Why are you posting that question here and not emailing our MEC directly?

I'm sure ALPA is dedicating the necessary resources to our cause. Negotiating pay rates isn't that different from selling a house. You see what other houses on your block are selling for and price accordingly. ALPA has a strong incentive to get the best possible price for us because right now our contract is the burnt out lot on the corner with the meth lab in the basement that's bringing the value of everyone else's house down.

Very well said. Denver is breaking down fast. Getting a clean plane is lucky at this point and people still care, which is so charmingly pathetic.

I am mighty curious how F9 pay and contract compares to what Allegiant just won. If anyone has taken the time to analyze the two and if they could share it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
